Challenge
Tax professionals are scarce, and yet the job search works the way it did twenty years ago: send a CV, wait for a reply, get approached by headhunters in parallel. Firms outbid each other for the same candidates, and anyone searching has to reveal themselves to do it.
Solution
Professionals create an anonymous profile with their skills and weight what matters to them. The platform suggests the positions that ask for exactly those skills, all in an app on the phone. Once someone applies, they are reserved for that firm: the process runs exclusively, no one can outbid for the candidate, and their identity stays hidden until they choose to reveal it.
Result
The concept was developed with VIP Steuerköpfe. The platform is not live yet; the matching, the algorithms behind it and the app are built.
