Challenge
At a contractor the size of Hutchinson Builders, hundreds of projects run in parallel. Planning happens in Microsoft Project, distributed across the project teams, exactly the setup that calls for one central record.
Solution
The add-in integrates this feature directly into Microsoft Project itself: live project files are synced automatically into a central Azure Data Lake, without planners changing how they work. That central store is then analysed through Power BI.

The state of every project sits in one place: schedule and cost variances stay in view early, and reporting is consistent across all projects.
